I have couple of properties coming up. One will be 165 acres with half being a grainfield 1 gun located north of Putnam tx $2200 a gun.
The other is going to be 1150 acres which we would look for a group of 6-8 and lease would be $15 acre or $2200-2500 per gun. Both places are a year around place excluding Varmints and fishing.

The big place is located off the grid and has excellent hunting. We are looking for management minded hunters and people that would love and respect the land as much as we do. If you are looking for a place to party or tag out please don’t waiste your time or mine.

We hunted just north of Putnam years ago, on Brushy creek. Hundreds of Turkey and solid deer. Sounds like a good deal.
Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it.
