and watch you dog doing their thing?

Last Sunday after doing my yard work and honey dues I just grabbed a bottle of wine and sat out in the back yard with the camera and watched my mutt doing his thing.
Probably took 30 pictures a couple from the creek behind the house, easy way to wind down and amuse yourself too!
Okay Luke is 3.9 years old, any guess on how much he weigh's?

Lucky dog, to have a good owner that admires him, a yard to roam, and no shortage of grub. up

It is actually the city's responsibility to keep it mowed but you see how that works out bang

Took these pictures this morning.

I keep the creek area behind my house mowed as you can see in the pictures below, the cactus garden I built is 44' long and right at 8' wide. Periodically I mow my elderly neighbors to the right of the cactus garden. The people to left in the picture are young couples who choose not to mow, its us older farts that maintain the area behind our houses grin

Yes, my wife and I do this a lot. We have four Akitas and they all have very different personalities. One of our favorite things is to see them all take off running to the far end of their yard, about 300 feet away. The youngest is the fastest and he tends to go straight for the fence. The others split up and go to either side of him. It's rather impressive to see how they work together!!!

Thank you. We've shown him a few times and he's done very well. In January, he was number one in the nation for Akitas, but he is still growing and goes from good looking, to gangly. Two weeks ago he was weighed at the vet at 110.3 pounds. He should gain another 20 pounds by the time he peaks at 4 years old. He is super friendly, but has the meanest bark ever, and that definitely catches people attention when they come down the driveway!!!
