Was that made by Paul Hamler? He is well known for his miniature tools and a few weapons, but the ones I have seen are smaller.

No sir, it's non-firing. It says .45 Cal on the side of the case hardened frame.

I got to see Samuel Colt's personal little revolver at Dury's Gun Shop in San Antonio. It was fully deep-relief engraved from head to toe. Silver in color and in a nice wooden box. Apparently Colt carried it around for a conversation piece. It sold for just under $500k.
