She was still a stunning woman of 65, a widow now, and used to being alone for a few years now. Life was very different.

Each day, she would go out the back door of her beach house and in the afternoon sun, read one of her paperbacks, just letting the waves touch her feet as she sat on the warm, white sand.

Off in the distant shoreline, she saw a person walking along, and went back to reading her book.

Before long, slowly he walked her way and he chose to sit down in the sand, staring off into the ocean. He was maybe 20 feet away.

When she looked up from her book, they said "Hello" and a little small talk ensued. They were both widows! He got up and came over closer, sitting again and she no longer wanted to read.

"So, do you have any pets?" she asked.

"Why yes, my dog is a wonderful friend" he replied. And so on it went.

After 30 minutes of small talk, she asked, "Do you like pussycats?"

Astounded, he jumped to his feet, ripped the book out of her hands and they made love ravenously for a half hour.

After the sand settled and they lay exhaustively on their backs, the sun setting, she asked, "How did you know that's what I needed?"

"How did you know my name was Katz?", he replied.
