What I'm surprised is how the binary triggers are not involved in this also.

I'm thinking the same thing.

People making the laws aren't educated on any of this stuff...this is 100% reactionary to the LasVegas tragedy.

This is the biggest bunch of BS so far.

Agreed, I don't have "normal" TV anymore so don't even have major network news theater access but when I did I just couldn't watch it anymore. There are better fictional shows that entertain me.

I’d rather spend money on a binary trigger, but even then I wouldn’t buy one as spray and pray is just not my style. I want controlled fast fire not a bullet hose.

So long as Braces remain legal, I’m good.

I don’t know why anyone would want one unless you plan to shoot into a crowd or like to burn a lot of ammo playing commando. I’ve only shot one rifle with a bump stock and it was inaccurate as hell. Not for me.

Then there is the whole constitutional question about ex post facto laws, and of course the ATFE (under Obama), telling Congress three times: There is nothing in the current laws which prohibits bump stocks (or binary triggers)... I'd wait for the court cases to be resolved, before turning one in.

I don’t own one, never have.

They never appealed to me

But this is theft by our Goverment!

I’ve read over this and zero compensation has been offered

A small dose of tyrany from big brother

It’s hard to believe the both of you say that

Big brother is stealing them

I mean taking them without compensation

It doesn’t sit well with me

This is what I don’t understand. I don’t want/need a bump stock. I also don’t care if anyone else has one. The thing that pisses me off is that the accessory was “legal”, and then, without legislation, deemed illegal. That is not how this country is supposed to work.
