Anyone have some field experience with this, or any other scope from this company?

I've had a Toric 3*15x for a couple of years. It dialed, returned to zero, and held POI perfectly on the 7mag and 7mm08 it was on. It now resides on my son's 260 CTR and through 600 rds it has still performed perfectly. Glass id outstanding as well.

I have a Tekoa 3-12 on my smoke pole. It's plenty clear and bright. Not as good as my Razor LH, but it's better than most in that price range.

It's clearance on their site, $394.00. The Leupold VX-3i 3.5 x 10 I'm running on my new rifle is a great scope, but my eyes could use more X.

If you need more than 10X, you'll need more than 12X. It's not that much difference. I'd go to at least 14-16 on the top end.

You're probably right. I have 15 x and 18 x on a couple of Leupolds and got spoiled.

I do have a 12x Vortex and I haven't had the issue with it that I have with this 10x Leupold. The Leupold is great in the field. Light gathering, clarity, all that is really good. At the range, I could use more magnification. The price of this and the fact that I want to try this brand out got me interested. I also called to check stock at the company this morning and the owner answered. He told me the reason this was on clearance was that their lower price point stuff wasn't moving, but their top tier stuff was doing really well.

Thanks for the feedback on the product.

I agree, not a ton of difference in 10x vs 12x. I'd go to 14-16 if 10x isn't enough. That's definitely a magnification level upgrade. It's about every 5x for me. 14x-15x is noticeably more than 9x-10x, and 20x is noticeably more than 14x-15x. 25x is noticeably more than 20x, and I have been using the 30x on my Delta Stryker some as well. If you're prone and shooting small targets, a little extra mag doesn't hurt, although that scope is really at its sweet spot in the 24x-25x range in terms of depth of field and ease of parallax adjustment. Clarity is good top to bottom.
