Any recommendations for a night vision cameras, used for scanning tree line about 120 yards away. I'd like to find one for predator/ hog hunting, so I don't have to scan with a light. Wouldn't go over 500$ for one, if that is even possible.

What you're looking for is a monocular, not a camera. $500 is pretty low, not going to get a Thermal for that. A used IR-NV something is about all you can hope to find, whether that's a monocular or a scope you use as a monocular.
What kind of optic are you shooting with?
Kel-Tec RFB + Griffin Sportsman Ultra Light 300 + Pulsar Apex XQ-50 M&P-10 + AAC Cyclone Remy 700 + Leupold VX3 3.5x10x50 CDS

Might consider the Bushnell Equinox Z - digital IR.
