This Friday and Saturday I will be in Window Rock, AZ for the Navajo Nation Sportsman Expo. I will be doing a predator calling seminar on Friday afternoon. I hope to do a little calling when I am there if the weather holds and wind doesn't blow us out like last week in South Texas. If you are in that neck of the woods, please come by and give us a shout.
Adios,
Gary

I just returned from the Navajo Nation yesterday evening. Had a good time a the expo and met a lot of really nice folks that love hunting as well. I made 10 calls and got enough video to complete a show for CARNIVORE and drove to Farmington to pick up the meat from three bears that we have taken in the Rez. About 3:30 yesterday afternoon about the time I crossed into Texas, I got a call from Calvin Redhouse wanting to know where I was. I could hear his two year old daughter, Ayla talking and the hounds treeing. He had worked all night and decided to let the dogs jog behind the house when they struck a hot track and treed after a short race. He had a huge tom lion in the tree and wanted me to come take it. I told him that I was too far away and was going to the house. He killed the tom which appears to weigh in excess of 180 pounds. Talk about poor timing....
Adios,
Gary
