 BaseMap App - Landowner info correct?

Anyone know if the landowner information provided by the BaseMap app is correct? Before I consider purchasing a monthly subscription, it would be nice to know if the information is accurate. If the information is correct, it sure beats having to make trips to the local county tax office to look up the information.
Still, a free version of an app that shows the location of property lines overlaid on satellite images seems of great value to hunters.
