I'm in the market for a Beretta O/U shotgun, and there isn't a dealer anywhere near me that has more than one, maybe two in stock. I'll be in the DFW area for the Rangers/Cubs opening series, Is there somewhere I can go that might have several models available to inspect/purchase? Googled a place called the Beretta Gallery (41 Highland Park Village, Dallas), but they don't even have a website, which worries me a bit. Any recommendations?

Beretta Gallery has been there for many years. Why does a retail place that doesn’t have a website worry you?
If you want something specific, I can order it in for you.

The Allen Cabelas has a reasonable selection, and I'd imaging the Ft Worth store does as well. That said, the Gallery will have the best high end selection.
All that out of the way, I'd bet that Chad would save you some $$$.

If you want something specific, I can order it in for you. I think I'm in the market for a 693 or 695 Field. I'd just like to hold one/shoulder one before I write the check. I've had a hard time finding a brick and mortar store that has one in stock, certainly no one with two or three to choose from. The look of the wood is very subjective. I'd love the opportunity to pick from at least a couple examples. The internet is full of people who can order a gun for me. Folks who have one I can hold seem far and few between. I look forward to meeting the folks at the Gallery and shouldering what they have to offer.

Cabelas Ft. Worth carries the 686, 690 and 692. They will probably also have a few in the Gun Library.

GOOD LUCK !!! be sure to come back let me know what you found, 693 is all I think about. I sold a piece of crap Caesar Guerini to fund this purchase, I need to get to Dallas soon because I spend all my time either thinking about it or reading the internet about it. Actually, I've already read the entire internet about it. I just hope Gallery has one, they're pretty tough to find. I only adde the 695 to my want list because it's actually easier to find.

Upland/Field. I may use it for trap and sporting, but Its primary purpose will be dove, quail, and pheasant.
