Where would one find beef ribs with that kind of meat? The few times I’ve bought them they had no meat compared to those.

Where would one find beef ribs with that kind of meat? The few times I’ve bought them they had no meat compared to those. The extra meat on the ribs should have been left on the boneless ribeye and sold for 3x the price. Good for the person who got the ribs but a poor job of butchering none the less.
