This actually happened this weekend in West Texas:

Scenario: Swat team commander gets intel about Terrorist invading West Texas and emplacing IED"s in Ranchers fields. Many drone photos to back up this problem .Ranchers and farmers are in fear of the damage that could happen to the John Deer and other assault vehicles

Swat team commander deploys 3 - 2 person teams in full gear and armed to the teeth to confront this horrible Jihad about to take place in W. Texas.,

Backing up the swat team is a Drone operator with a $20k drone equipped with nigh vision/thermal and GPS / Glonas and various other goodies all linking back to command central.

Swat commander deploys all 3 teams with thermal & nigh vision to last reported location drone has on the Terrorist ( drone has at this point verified that yes terrorist are on the field and have been observed digging in the field)

There is some concern that the swat team is out numbered- but the members decided no matter the odds they were ready to go in and defend Texas from hostile's.

Teams approached from cover of darkness: & noise and radio silence was mandatory. Swat commander kept over watch with night vision/ thermal drone to get his teams in the correct position. They had one problem with the terrorist moving and emplacing ied's in such a rapid matter that it was hard to get the correct range on them all the while trying to avoid any ied's left by the terrorist.

Finally after running the terrorist to bay swat team commander calls all the shooters to ready condition & pick your target : the shoot command is given as a long count 5,4,3,& on the beginning of two they shoot (tricky)

out of 6 shooter they dropped 4 feral terrorist ( I guess they other two have to go back to practice some more)

The Swat team had a great time and the commander will be writing this up as a training Scenario to be used by other swat teams

I am cool with that. Hell, that is what we do to pigs anyway

Sounds like a couple folks need to go bak to kindergarten and figure out the whole counting thingy

Having worked alongside former SWAT team members in Afghanistan I can safely assure you I have no interest in seeing SWAT attempt to neutralize terrorist threats (whether they involve IEDs or not)
