I haven’t had any bacon since my diet restrictions kicked in mid February bang have snuck a couple sausage patties at motel breakfast bar.

Fried some eggs and tried some frozen hash browns, threw in some onions and it was okay good. Had to trash the shrooms they were a little to old. Started off cooking the jalapenos and onions first, when they were done added the meat, then the scrambled eggs, heated some tortillas added sharp cheddar cheese, Tabasco then a little hot Pace Picante.
Wipe the skillet clean and you are good to go!

Switched gears. Mushroom, onion, parsely and some good smelly cheese that I'm not sure what is because label came off long time ago. Never really made omellets but my youngest got us started doing it a couple weeks ago. Usually I'm like you, fry it all up and put in tortilla with some hot sauce.

Last pic is what happens when you think " man, I need to get some pics for the THF" and forget to stick the coffee pot back in the maker when you start a fresh pot.

Chalet I feel your pain about posting while cooking. When I got back from posting those pics of the bacon well they were already a little crispier than I like hammer

That Blue Top Garlic Hatch Creamy Hot Sauce looks way good, where can you get it?

Ended up making a Megalodon Burrito that was pretty tasty.

You can't beat a good breakfast burrito.

The hatch sauce came out of the Kroger mark down bin. Its pretty good stuff.
