So i finally broke down and got one. First cook I just did some hamburgers and they turned out real good, then the other night I cooked some hamburgers and got them a nice burn on one side. I wasn't patient enough and I guess the temp was still climbing, Biggest thing I am getting used to is letting the temp get stable first. Couple nights ago I did some chicken breast and let the temp get stable first, man they came out great still nice and juicy inside.
Tomorrow I am going to cook a couple racks of baby back ribs so lets here you recipes and how you cook them!
