Regardless of if you’re a landowner or a tenant, hunting lease insurance really is vitally necessary, but even more so if you’re a landowner. You can try talking to a local agricultural insurance agency or get a recommendation from a land bank. If you’re a landowner, it is worth it to incorporate your land into a LLC; that way your personal assets are safe. I don’t know if I’ve been helpful, but good luck!

I use American Hunting Lease Association for insurance on all my club properties. Great service tailored specifically towards hunting and recreational properties across the U.S.
