I have an axis doe and a medium size pig that I need to get turned into sausage. Live in Belton and need someone reasonably close that will take both. So far the places I have called either won't take pigs, or are no longer accepting deer.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Looking for breakfast and link sausage specifically.

Believe Hunters Creek in Liberty Hill will take both. Not too far from you and a great place.

Might try Green's Sausage House. I know they do deer, not sure about the pig. A lot of places that process pigs do want them skinned before drop-off.

another vote for Hunter's Creek ... Hunter's Creek will take both. They make really good pan breakfast sausage too. They get pretty pricey if you do a variety of different things but so does pretty much anywhere else.

I wanted to try Green's this past season, but they hadn't opened up for regular season hours, closed on Sunday and I would need to bring in skinned & quartered ... I would call them to see what their policy is now that regular season is over and also if they take hogs ...

Fortson’s in Waco will do it. A little drive but I take pigs to them year round. Get some snack sticks from them. http://www.fortsonstaxidermy.com/

Third vote for Hunter's Creek, I've been taking multiple animals per season there for at least 6 years and I've always had a great experience. They make great breakfast/pan sausage.

Had a work buddy recommend Locks, which is right down the road. Gonna give them a try since I could bring the meat in deboned and not pay $150 plus just for basic cutting plus the per pound on the sausage.

I thought of another one that I would also recommend ... P&R in Watson TX ... 6-7 miles west of Briggs, just west of where FM 963 crosses US 183. Some of the best summer sausage I've ever had ... not sure if they do hogs though.
