We have one spot available on our 10 person lease. Roughly 2800 acres
Family/guest friendly
Cabin and RV hookups
Year round access
One trophy allowed. Plenty of does and culls
$3500 includes protein, electric, water, cable and WiFi
Some stands in place but welcome/encouraged to bring your own.
Pretty laid back group.
4 1/2 hours from middle of metroplex
I’m just a hunter on the place but can get you in touch with manager.

I wouldn’t say it is plenty. I’ve seen em a few times, but I don’t hunt turkeys so I’m sure how abundant they are
