I found this bottom jaw of a boar on my deer lease property. wanted to see if anyone could help me estimate how big he would have been.

People will make up all sorts of numbers to tell you, but nobody will be able to justify it based on anything salient. Based on the image, it would appear that the 3rd molars are just erupting. So, that isn't a very old hog at all, only about 2 years old, maybe a tad more or less. Picture isn't clear enough to show more.
There is no correlation between hog size and hog jaw size. Jaw size correlates only with head size/nose length which varies widely in feral hogs.
Based on the size and shape of the canines, you do have a boar.
Just making some overly generalized assessments, feral boars around two years of age can range anywhere from 160-240 lbs that I have seen. That isn't to say that it could not be bigger or smaller, but most likely isn't.
