Looking to see what people are recommending for a light weight, nice DB reduction direct suppressor. I have used a titanium YHM on a .556, but haven't run a suppressor on a larger caliber rifle (yet)....so, lemme know what you like/don't like.

Also, any reviews on Silencerco Harvester 300?

Thanks!

I have a Silencerco Omega and absolutely love it. I've sent thousands of rounds through and it works just as well. I mainly shoot .223 and .308 through it.

The Omega, Thunderbeast 7 and 9 are good cans, especially if you’re shooting long range.

I have two Omegas and a Harvester. The Harvester rides my .308 bolt rifle and is a high quality suppressor at a great price. It’s a touch long but very light. I’d buy another one tomorrow if I needed it.

I have the Saker 762. It rides everything I have from the .308 on down. Currently on my 6.8, but install the 5.56 end caps and it's quieter than the 5.56 version.

Solid bideo here with dB comparisons between different calibers.

I really like the Griffin on my RFB (quiet and light) and don't like the Cyclone on my M&P (HEAVY!).

Go 30 cal and titanium. Not longer then 9". I really like my Thunderbeast Ultra 9. Worth the extra money for these key features. You will regret buying long and heavy to save money.

Lots of good ones out there, I’m partial to the Thunderbeast Ultra 7. Perfect balance of weight, length and performance.

Titanium and 30 cal are all that you need to be concerned with. There are so many companies out there now. One thing I'd check before you purchase it is that it threads on and off either a quick detach or a direct thread. I know a guy that waited his 8-10 months, paperwork came back and the can had been machined wrong. So they had to destroy the can and start the process over again.

I love my SiCo Harvester. Thunderbeast Ultra 7 is definitely on my radar though if/when I get another when my boy gets old enough to hunt. Who knows for the price difference, I may just get another harvester.

They may have the issue fixed now but I've seen two silencerco omegas fly off of the QD mounts. I'm not sure what the problem was but they both ended up being fine. Personally I've got a .30 YHM titanium phantom and couldn't be happier. It does a great job on our 25-06 and 22-250
