Annual bow-hunting lease for deer and turkey in Coffey County, Kansas (Southeast Kansas). 160 acres of very diverse wildlife habitat comprised of approximately 32 acres of cropland (soybeans this coming year), 80 acres of mature hardwood timber, 1 acre food plot in turnips, .5 acre food plot of white clover, and 47 acres in tall native grasses (CRP). All timber areas have been hinge cut to maximize bedding and safety cover, as well as maximize browse for deer. Located on the famed Crooked Creek watershed known for its large number of 200" trophy deer harvested over the years. Large resident deer and turkey population on the property.
