My wife had a recipe for a casserole dish they featured artichoke hearts and olives. Live both . Have any recipes? I'm getting ready to do a google search. Have a hankering.

I’ve seen artichoke hearts and olives used in various pasta dishes and “tapenades”. But don’t think i’ve seen them together in a casserole. There are some good artichoke/spinach dip recipes that are served hot. I’m sure sliced olives could be easily incorporated. Sounds interesting - What else was in the casserole she made?

It's my understanding that its low in saturated fat, has a low cholesterol, good source of dietary fiber, vitamin C, and K.

I used to make a killer green chile artichoke dip, if I remember correctly it was: can of artichokes, can green chiles, brick of cream cheese, 8 oz white cheddar, mix it together and put it into an 8x8, top with parm and bake until bubbly, serve with tortilla chips. It's been awhile since I have made it but I remember it being pretty good.
