I feed my dog a balanced raw food diet and am looking for hunters (or anyone) near Frisco, TX that have excess venison, rabbit, or any meat to get rid of.

Nothing, if he wants to be legal about it.

Nothing really... just looking for more of a freezer clean out situation where people need to get rid of meat. I was given for free 75lbs of venison roasts/ground venison last year and am looking for a similar situation.

Probably would have had a better response had you asked this during deer season when people are butchering cuts and have a lot of scraps.

My dogs would argue that one. They aren’t always right, but they’re always right there, to be sure.

If you come down this direction you can get all the fresh road kill you can haul. Just drive Hwy 173 between Hondo and Kerrville of a morning.

OH, and it is like a buffet. There will be WT, Axis, Coon, Possum, Hog, Fox, Coyote and maybe even a Dog or Cat to choose from.

that's what I was thinking; I've seen multiple posts on here regarding freezer clean outs

Every year a buddy across town calls me to come empty his freezer. If I don’t do it, he throws it away. Last time, I took him a chunk of vacuum packed Axis. Bet I’ll get it back next time.

And yes, if you had posted this a few weeks back, I would have loaded you up.

I wasn't being hard on him. If a person wanted Axis to feed any animals all you would have to do is drive Hwy 173 early in the morning. A while back I saw 5 Axis that had been hit at one place. The Hwy Dept. doesn't haul them off any more they just pull them out of the middle of the road

I’d say yes as it does not belong to the state. Hmmm. Do livestock laws apply here?

It would be a lot better than doing like TXDOT does and just drag them to the side of the road to rot and have buzzards flying around for vehicles to dodge.
