This is one of the top LF ranches in Texas. 9000 acres - 12 hunters. We have killed multiple 170 to over 200 inch deer. This season we took a 200, 189, 185, 180, 180 and 170 - the ranch is well managed.
I am not the land owner - I am one of the hunters.
It is a turn key lease - land owners do all feeding of cottonseed and protein and corn. All stands, feeders, and pens in place. We are MLD - there is also great fishing and bird hunting.
We have a great group of members - lease cost plus feed runs around $15 - $16 K per season.
