How do you come up with the great threads you posy on this forum? Love it. I think ours was more of a conch ceviche. We took a little dive boat in cayman and picked up our own conch.

The only thing that would make a meal like that better, is if I could watch Beez harvesting them and having a melt down in the mud.

The only thing that would make a meal like that better, is if I could watch Beez harvesting them and having a melt down in the mud. Thought the wifey was going to throw up at the table, everybody around was curious until he pulled it from the shell, slapped back it in the cutting bored and it was moving. It was dead for 1 minute before I was eating it

Conch fritters are also great. Those do look good. I have never had ceviche of any kind but it does look good.

It really does take a lot for me to go that far... I've told you many times before....Ramsey was innocent on this one... I threw the decoy that hit you in the back which got you all TRIGGERED.... Then threw a second one that was well short to ensure it didn't have any chance of hitting hit you which then landed in a puddle and splashed muddy water all over you....Ramsey and I did revel in your meltdown tho......
