Have a '98 Ram 1500, tires now on: 265 75r 16
a chance to replace with 275 60r 20
will this work ? Problems ?

---> Tire size calculator It'll 'work' if you have 20" wheels to go along with the 20" tires. It will effect speedo accuracy slightly. I can't say if the upsizing will cause rubbing / fitment issues. If the 20" wheels are the same offset/back spacing as the 16" or are OE dodge most likely be okay.
