Just took a Benadryl for my sniffles. It'll also help me with my afternoon nap. That's all I ever take. I remember SuperDuty posting that he took Ambien. I have 4 of those left from years ago. Saving them in case of an emergency. What if anything do you take besides alcohol?

I'll pop a couple of melatonin gummy supplements before bed trom time to time. Some say it is a waste, others swear by it. Seems to be effective for me.

Reading will also put me to sleep at certain times of the day. I never read after dinner. I am now reading a pretty slow book. Nodding off a little...............

I have been an insomniac since I was 14.

I took my first ambien when I was 34 and I had my first good nights sleep in 20 years.

I take Tylenol PM 1-2 times a week and 1-2 ambien a week. The rest of the nights, I an up half the night.

Walmart's Equate in either diphenhydramine or doxylamine succinate. The latter is faster but if I take a whole pill, will probably feel groggy the next day. Have been a bad sleeper since mid-teens.

Have heard scary stories about Ambien so haven't wanted to try something strong and prescription like that.

Eszopiclone (Lunesta) works great for me. Need it once or twice a week. Tried ambien one time and made my skin crawl.

The Doxy works great but I feel dead the next morning. You can also build up a tolerance for it very quickly and for me it has almost no effect at all after about 5 nights in a row of use. Cheapest place to get the Diphen is at Dollar General. When they do their Dollar Days stuff you can get 100 for $1 if you buy it as a allergy pill instead of a sleep aid.

I have a 4 year old and a 10 month old a job and a wife and more crap to do than I know what to do with. Sleeping isn't a problem.

Is the baby sleeping all night?

Sure is. I have been blessed in many ways. Both my kiddos started sleeping through the night around a month or two.
