Made some Verde sauce last weekend for the first time, and enjoyed it all week. It was great with just chips, I made nachos with them, bunch of chicken enchiladas, this morning finished it off with huevos rancheros... smile ani

The Verde Sauce...Started with this and used it all...

10 regular size Tomatillos, 1 big jalapeno, 1 med white onion. Cut them all in half. Next time I will add another pepper, probably Anaheim....
