How is the food at Joe T Garcia's in Ft Worth?
Why don't we have time to do things right the first time, but always have time to do things over, and over, and over?

Joe T's better days are behind it. Used to really enjoy the nachos, tacos and enchiladas. Went a few months ago and was disappointed in how far down the food quality has gone. They still do a brisk business but it's based on reputation and not the food. Too bad.

The enchiladas are not bad, but unless you are going for drinks its not worth it just for the food. Go to Los Vaqueros across from Billy Bobs, foods better and the margs are not bad, and they take plastic.

It's good for drinks, food isn't bad by any means, but is far from the best. It is cash only, so be prepared for that.

We have a Christinas here in Murphy Very good food. Shrimp or fish tacos are excellent.
Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it.

The chicken fajitas are the best. Order the jalapeño relish to put on the top. Also, the fajitas don’t come with the nachos so order a couple of bean and cheese nachos to start. That’s the ticket. I worked there back in the day so I tried everything.

Now, if the weather is mild, and you want to meet some friends after work for a few drinks and chips, there is not a better place in DFW...

Go for the Rita's. If you want good Joe T's food, go to Esparanza's on 8th Ave and Park Place. Get the Pork shank. You will thank me.
