Any of you guys done it?
I've off an on done the 1 meal a day fast but I decided to do a 120 hour fast. I'm a bit over 60 in. Today (day 3) was the first day I felt noticably hungry when I woke up.
Anybody else done any?

The wife and I went 3 days the first of this year. Physically felt great. Didn't get hungry until the third day. I recommend it.
