After several years of having a nice lease that awful phone call you have nightmares about happened today.
What I am looking for..
-Family oriented
-Management program
-Year round access and feeding program
-Long term
- Great group of folks that like to have a good time
- Water/electric
- Panhandle, Coleman/Brady/Junction areas preferred but will consider others for the right fit.
-$2000-$4000 a year.
Will be just myself and family joining. I have some other guys interested if needed. Have all my own blinds, feeders, camper and so on.
Thanks THF,
Cory

maybe it was on another thread but I thought I remembered you posted about looking at places in Throckmorton and Turkey. Didn't pan out or have I got you confused with another?

Turkey wasn’t what I was looking for. Throckmorton is still an option but $5k a gun is steep for that area..

I assume you mean $2000-$4000 per hunter? What didn't you like about turkey? I have a ranch SE of town that is probably some of the best hunting in the panhandle.
