I am looking for a lease within 2-2.5 hours from Melissa, preferably to the W, NW, N, NE, E of Melissa. Ideally staying north of 380. I'm not looking for a big place.

I have six kids, three are two or younger and one of them has some special needs. I don't have the time anymore to get down to my place in Sonora as often as I'd like and with sports and my wife needing a break on the weekends I need a place close enough for quick trips but also a place to take my kids/family without it being a 5.5hr drive, or 7hr drive with the kids.

My oldest kids love going to the ranch in Sonora but being gone 2.5 days is a lot on my wife with the three babies. I'm looking for a place my kids can get in the woods, hunt, explore and just be kids.

2 Hunters: 1k-2.5k max per spot.
Family allowed (shoot off paid hunters allotment)
Bow and Rifle (kids)
Water & elec. not necessary. Place to pitch a tent would be fine.
Deer and Pigs
Annual w/year round access.

I'll feed, won't rut up the place and will leave it better than I found it.

If you know of a place, I'd sure appreciate you passing the info along. Thank you.

I’m not opposed to OK, especially if in a bear county but, with the NR license prices the cost can get up there pretty quick with a few of my kids hunting.
