My son Wyatt took this picture off the deck of their ship while they were out doing their thing the other day. He also got a tattoo across his back shoulder area of a Anchor Chain and in each link he is putting an image of a special place he has traveled. Yes tell him thanks my son has been in the Air Force for about 9 years been deployed 4 times and is doing the same thing with the tattoos he has something from all the places he has been this pic is from a year ago he had been back from his last deployment for about a week before his son was born Thanks all and to all that serve shooter60 cool tats on your son and Congrats on the Grandson

I got my 2 and only 2 tattoos when I was 19 an in the military nearly 30 years ago.
I don’t want any more, but I had one touched up last year and it looks way better because it had faded. They make me remember what I was doing and I never regret having them.
The funny thing was when I went into the shop to get the touch up, all of the 20 year olds working there really thought my tats I got back in the 80s were cool and they said they were “old school” and tools pics of them....lol
