love hash browns! my mom used to make them all the time for breakfast from potatoes I usually helped peal and shred. now days, I buy the pre-shredded frozen kind. I also like the patty style too.

I got a new box of frozen patties this morning. I no longer deep fry at home. They are perfect for my cheeseburger night. I brown my buns in the oil after the patties are browned. The one in the picture was browned in butter with a fillet.

Eat those somewhat often. At the ranch my mom puts them on a cookie sheet and bakes them, they are good. Bake for like 20 minutes flip 1/2 or 2/3 the way through.
