This lease has not been hunted for several years. We did clear the lanes about three years ago and they are still open but never put a hunter on it. It is a small section of a bigger place that was cut off when the county put in the road. There are no utilizes on the place but u could put a camper with a gen and haul in water or camp. Town is only about 10 to 15 minutes away. This is an excellent hunting lease and will provide good deer and hogs. It is only a seasonal lease but u do have access to fill feeders in the off season. Currently no cattle on the property so there is abundant foliage and browsing for wildlife.
