I've been branching out and trying new things. Trying to stay on the lower carb/sugar side of things. With a gluten allergy I can't eat any of the cool stuff anymore anyway LOL. I used to love bread I'd rather have a dinner roll than a piece of cake lol. But I digress, these are a few of the new things I've been trying.

Had to break in the grill and new deck the right way.

Chicken and shrimp shiskabobs marinated in some steakhouse marinade. These are very tasty I eat 2 of them LOL

Oven "Shrimp Boil" it doesn't come close to the real thing, but if you want to throw something together pretty quickly and don't have all day to sit and drink and cook, this is pretty dang good. Shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn.

I do still get to have some "bread" LOL I say that loosely because alot of times it taste like cardboard. Double decker grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun.

Fired up the grill for some grilled pork chops, grilled shrimp, grilled asparagus, and mexican street corn. EVERYTHING GRILLED!!!

Made these for our Christmas party with some saracha mayo and they were a hit gone in about 10 minutes.

Duck strait from the field to the table, soooo good this is the only way I'll eat duck.

Tried my hand at some asian food, the flavor is amazing, but I'm not big on using ground beef in dishes. Added in some spicy chinese green beans and finished off with a fried egg, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions. Also used cauliflower rice instead of long grain rice only has a fraction of the carbs and very good. Fed it to my FIL and didn't tell him until the end that it was cauliflower LOL. He does not like to try new things.

Great presentations.

Yea almost all chips are made with corn, but they're terrible for you. I'm trying to eat clean here LOL.

I've really thought hard about doing a taco truck. Since I've perfected my skill of making pretty much anything into a taco LOL. The market just isn't that good for food trucks where I live though. If I lived in the DFW area I'd probably pursue it.
