I hunted Osceola's in Florida with Ted Jaycox of Tall Tines outfitters. Super nice guy and a great operation in Florida. He does hunts for Gould's and Oscellated in Mexico. I have not been on either of his mexico hunts, but he is probably who I would book with for Mexico based on my good experience with in florida. Here's his website: Tall Tines
