That round is great for hogs. I have shot a few hogs with that round and my dad has shot a bunch with that round. For years my weapon of choice for hogs was a .22 WMR. So a 7mm-08 is more than capable. A .223 is more than capable. You just have to put it in the right spot.

Just got the word that Federal has brought back the 140 grains Barnes TSX in 7-08. This should do a good job on the Pigs
