Cleaned 2 hogs last weekend. Both killed in the trap with head shots. Instant dead. Hung one from the head and the rear quarters were filled with blood. Hung the other one from the rear legs and the quarters were clean and bled out. If you only use the rear quarters and loins then I suggest hanging by the rear legs. Makes kitchen prep easier. Might make a taste difference also.
