I'm doing chili tomorrow for supper. I had planned on doing it today but my grandson had a baseball prospect camp at a college today and he won't be back in time for it today.

I made this recipe yesterday in the pressure cooker with cubed venision. Would have been better in the dutch oven. Different with the cinnamon but pretty good.

That canned chili with beans and refried beans is just nasty compared to the real thing......

I'm headed to Wisconsin in the morning. Supposed to have 10" of snow and lots of ice. I'll be driving quite a bit, maybe I'll stop and see what cheeseheads eat when it's snowing.
