This morning a lease was on here, I got back this afternoon to review it and it is gone. Are leases being taken that quickly?

To answer your question, yes they are being taken that quick. Luckily I havent had to look in a few years but when I did a lot were taken same day and sight unseen. I was able to secure two, travelled the same day to look at property and strokes a check in full that day. Had to recoup my many from other members.

If it was true. The supposed current lessees weren't even officially off yet. And whoever was posting it (didn't sound anything like a LO) was a real piece of work. Also, if the size of the deer were close to the truth, I have a hard time believing the current guys couldn't find replacements for whomever had left. 'Didn't pass the smell test by a long dam sight.

I wasn’t talking about the lease, I was talking about the direction the thread was going. I didn’t even read the lease details just the nonsense that the guy was posting.
