I have a couple different sizes of each nonstick and stainless, I did that so I have enough pans for the amount of food I might be cooking at times.

I'm a fan of stainless for day to day and have a set of All Clad Tri - Ply. Not sure if they cook better than the Cuisinart but we wanted something built to last and maybe pass down to one of the kids. Have been using them for about 5 years and zero complaints.

I rarely use non stick and tossed my last cheap skillet like that a while back. Its either stainless or cast iron when I cook.

I like a good non-stick fry pan for a few things. Other than that .. Cast iron skillets and stainless steel pots and pans.

I have nonstick and cast iron. I prefer cast for most stuff and the non stick for some. I don't like letting the wife touch my cast iron... or the nonstick stuff, she does metal utensils in the nonstick and soap on the cast flame

We usually use either cast iron or stainless, but sometimes the non stick gets used. But that is not very often.

Wife uses the non-stick every morning for making her eggs...That's about all it gets used for. Stainless and cast iron for most things.

I'm sure y'all know this, I didn't. Let non-stick cool before you wash it or submerge it in water and non stick is only good for about 24 months of heavy use. I'm looking for shiney cast iron

Dat's right LOL. My biggest piece is a 15 gallon cast iron pot (cauldron). I can load/unload it by myself and move it around. I almost bought the 30 gallon but I'd have to have help moving it. That one's really heavy.

I'm a fan of stainless. Heats well, cleans up easy. Not screwed up by a drop of Dawn. C'mon, they use that stuff to wash baby ducks! It shouldn't screw up my cookware. Also a fan of the Calphalon hard anodized stuff.

I've become a fan of ceramic coated pans since the wife picked some up on sale.

That thing is only non-stick because on all the oil you put in there. barf

You know non-stick should be replaced after a while. It will start flaking in he food and it isn’t good for you. But hey.... that much oily ain’t good for you either.

I house less than a pint of oil in a year. I now buy my cooking oil in little bitty bottles.
