Heading to the Los Chanares Lodge in Argentina next month to hunt dove with a large group of guys. This will be my first trip and was wondering if there is anything else to do in the area if some of the guys don't want to hunt dove every morning and evening.

I googled "Los Chanares dove hunting" and their website pulled up.

On the website I hit the button "Cordoba, Argentina" (where you are going)

That pulls up a page that includes, "historical sites to see", "food in Buenos Aires", "seeing the sights", "it takes two to tango!". (seems to be what you are looking for)

You're welcome.

When I googled I saw a couple web sites that looked like they belong to the lodge but I don’t see the button for “cordoba, Argentina”. I must be blind.

The lodge is pretty remote as far as day trips are concerned. Most add a day or two at the beginning or the end in either BA or Cordoba. Your group needs to be honest amongst themselves and the lodge and they can make happen whatever y'all want...late nights in Cordoba..."local tourism", etc.

I'm going two days earlier than the rest of the group and laying over in Santiago Chile and renting a motorcycle to ride in the mountains. Then I am flying into Cordoba to meet the rest of the group.

Go to ski resort la parva
Its 36 miles west of santiago
The ride to there is truly amazing
If i had 2 days, i would fly from santiago to the desert of atacama and stay overnite
Most beautiful place in the world by FAR and i have seen a lot
https://chile.travel/en/where-to-go/north-and-the-atacama-desert

I would skip the motor ride and fly to calama (2hrs from santiago)
Flights are cheap $89 one way
You can rent a car from avis and drive 60 miles and stay overnite in san pedro de atacama
You will arrive in atacama before noon and you would not want to leave at all
