Lots of these adds popping up being bumped daily. Understand that it's good to get the word out but, good leases come and go very quickly. If they are good they are not going to call or message you. It's simply not necessary. You have to be vigilant about being ready to pounce with cash in hand. You have to be the first to contact them. Understand that they are not concerned about being a good fit for you if it's a good to great place. You have to be a good fit for them. It's up to you to find the right fit and many times you must be willing to compromise. I wish all members the best of luck finding a place to hunt.

Well said.
It also helps if those looking for a lease post up a few specifics.
1) general area of Texas 2) number of hunters 3) acreage/price desired 4) game expectations
I see folks post up “lookin for lease, lemme know whatcha got”. As a landowner, I’m not wasting my time asking you specifics.
Have money in hand & be ready to lease that day. Not “lemme call all my buddies & see what they think”. Y’all should have a plan, know whatcha want, & be ready to lease, or your likely not getting a lease. If your not ready to spend $2,000/hunter at least, you are also generally wasting your time. If you want a lease, most are gonna be more than that, not counting feed bill & camp bills.
Good luck.

Good points. "The early bird gets the worm," and "The man with the money gets the lease."
