Looking for a long-term year-round family lease in various counties. Bird hunting; primarily quail is the main focus but would like year-round access including deer and pigs for bust years. If anyone knows of any quality leases coming available let me know. The size of the lease will dictate the number of members but I suspect there will be no more than 4 or 5 of us. Prefer living quarters on site but not a requirement. Also prefer to take over an entire lease.
