Yes, does and bucks for muzzleloader. Bucks only for youth since you have those limited antlerless during general.

Muzzleloader regs for antlerless are on page 81 in annual. Then you go look at your county for whitetail below. Freestone page 86. Any county with a W1 on restrictions cannot shoot antlerless during muzzzleloader unless on MLDP.

Sounds like a good opportunity for youth to take a muzzleloader to the field.

Youth can use a rifle, extended youth season runs concurrent with muzzleloader season.

Only for counties marked W1 (no doe days), as of 2 years ago Freestone has doe days now.

Yes sir. I know this may be splitting hairs, but a youth hunting a specific youth season must be accompanied by licensed adult. If a youth is hunting a general season (such as archery, general firearm, or muzzleloader) they are less restricted. Lets say, for example, a friend smile has two or three, teenage children and also younger children who hunt. If this friend only had one of him, then participating in a muzzleloader hunt would allow the older kids to hunt while younger particpated in youth hunt.

Very confusing, I know. It might make even less sense to someone without kids. I was explaining why it would've beneficial in some cases for a youth to participate in a Muzzleloader hunt rather than a youth hunt (with rifle). The "accompanied" restriction wouldn't apply. I have multiple kids who hunt and I can't be in the stand with all of them at once.

If they don't have hunters ed yet doesn't matter if its muzzleloader, archery whatever they still must be accompanied, if they do have hunters ed they can hunt by themselves legally after they are 9 years old.
