The ribs were as good as I've ever had. Great rub. Left a little sting on my tongue. I plan to have them again next Tuesday and Friday.

Great presentation. Those beans look great. I've never baked my own. I'm a pretty big fan of the ribs as well.

I'm pretty fixed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. I go out to dinner on, Tuesdays, have cheeseburgers at home on Thursdays, and grill a steak on Sundays. I plan the remainder of them about a week in advance, usually depending on my leftovers. Never having the leftovers two nights in a row. This Tuesday is an exception. My neighbor who drives while I sip is in Florida.
