A buddy and I got us a couple of Beavers this weekend. Who would you recommend for the Taxidermy of these Critters? Looking at a Full Mount and a Pelt and Prices. I live in Dallas so someplace near the Metroplex would be nice. Thanks

I use Alpine Taxidermy in south Fort Worth. Has done great work on every animal I have brought him, but I have never brought him a beaver. https://www.alpinetaxidermy.com

Lots of work putting up that pelt for tanning. Get all the fat off if possible. Moyle Mink and Tannery did about 12 beavers for me and they are great. Anywhere from $26-32 for tanning but must be trapper dried or salted. They offer a 40 day service for 1/2 more the cost of tanning. They will be round and soft if properly handled.

Dave Dooley in Rockwall did my beaver pelt, now he is doing a full mounted beaver chewing on a tree.
