Look at the subsonic data, there are better powders than H110 for your sub loads. Start above subsonic and work your way down to it
lf the saying "Liar, Liar your pants on fire" were true Mainstream news might be fun to watch

I'm using H4198 with the Lapua 200/gr Subsonic bullet. It has been spot on for me out of an AR platform.

I don't have data on that bullet and powder combo. But it will work in the bolt gun. Bolt guns are not too picky on the powder used for a subsonic. There are "better" powders for accuracy and a more complete powder burn. But H110 will work. Start high on your powder charges, and work down to sub speeds. Ideal speed is about 1000-1060 fps. Keep it above 900 fps for stability and you should be fine.

VV n110 is a superior BO powder to H110. More accurate, cleaner, and less noise. 2400 works well with some loads. I have tried everything from Red Dot to lil gun and stayed with the VV N110.
