It's been at least a decade since I last shot a bobcat but this one just came around at the wrong time. I've always given bobcats a pass but the landowner recently lost a calf the first night after it was born and another one hit the ground the day before I dropped this cat. Not sure if the cat was the culprit but that last born calf was still sucking his momma when I left the place on Sunday.

Entry near the right front chest and exit form the opposite side near the stomach using a Marlin 336W with 150 grain Federal Fusion at about 75 yards. Nikon ProStaff 3x9 scope.

No telling if this one was the guilty party, but good job all the same!

Interesting that this one has almost no spots. They sure are effective at killing.
