I’ve got a couple. No complaints from me. So far the most reliable feeder setup I’ve had. People complain that the corn isn’t thrown far enough but the deer have never cared. There is a place in bulverde that sells them under retail for something around 530$ OTD. Best deal I’ve seen in Texas for them.

And hogs won’t knock it over.

Seems like there's some confusion on these feeders, the Bucee's model uses the plate, the regular 600# SNF found at ASF dealers uses the varmit cage. IMO, the Bucee's feeder has a good price point but is lacking in design with the way the motor is mounted and the wiring, I simply do not want to take a brand new feeder and have to modify it to make it more bulletproof. From what I've heard, the Bucee's brand is made in China and their standard SNF is made in TX. Here's what I'm talking about:

I opted for their standard 600# SNF, it is far from being dated or obsolete for my application and is built like a tank. Others are correct in saying it does not throw as far as the plate design but for my application it works well, I have two sitting in small openings in the brush and I do not want corn thrown 30ft back in the brush where I'd never see deer. We use Lamco's in the open areas

Just have to figure out where you get the most bang for your buck and what will work for you.

IMO it doesn't get much better than this for the price point.

Pros
1.) Non rusting
2.) Varmint proof
3.) Chest high
4.) Solid lid & springs (the lid WILL fly off during transit if not secured)
5.) The timer/battery door is not the best, but that makes no difference as the wing nut serves it's securing purpose well
6.) No corn ever under the feeder and it throws at least 15 foot on all 4 sides

Cons
1.) If you like a very loud and pronounced feeder this is not for you. It's very quiet during operation
2.) The motor and battery are exposed, but I can't see this being a problem as the space below the feeder is so small (it would take a very small hog to get under it)

Anyone have problems with the solar panel getting knocked off on the All Seasons by Deer, Cows, etc.? Would be better on the lid if it hinged back.
